Training

I took a rest day yesterday. Final day of spring break for Austin, but with temperatures in the low 30s it doesn’t feel much like spring. Avery didn’t have daycare, so I took the day off. Cheryl had to work until noon and then we all went to Redamak’s for lunch. We saw my mom, Tom, and my aunt Barb. When we got back, I went for a ride with Mike and Taylor at Al Sabo. After the first lap, Mike’s stomach was not doing well and Taylor had a flat front tire. They went home and I continued riding for 2 more laps. I can now ride a lot of the trail in my aero bars.
